FOOD SAFETY COURSES
Level 1 & 2 Food safety applies to all tourism, hospitality and catering organisations with permanent or temporary kitchen premises or smaller food preparation or bar areas.
This includes restaurants, cafes, clubs, hotels, bars, tour operators, attractions, function, event, exhibition and conference caterers, educational institutions, aged care facilities, correctional centres, hospitals, defence forces, cafeterias, kiosks, canteens, fast food outlets, residential caterers, in‑flight and other transport caterers.

Our trainers are hospitality experienced people that will add context to the program giving relevance to the content of the program.

SIT20322 – CERTIFICATE II IN HOSPITALITY
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who use a defined and limited range of hospitality operational skills. They are involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks using practical skills and basic industry knowledge. They work under direct supervision.

This qualification reflects the role of skilled operators who use a range of well-developed hospitality skills. They use discretion and judgement and have a sound knowledge of industry operations. They work with some independence and under limited supervision and may provide operational advice and support to team members

SIT40422 – CERTIFICATE IV IN HOSPITALITY
This qualification reflects the role of skilled operators who use a broad range of hospitality skills combined with sound knowledge of industry operations. They operate independently or with limited guidance from others and use discretion to solve non-routine problems. Many individuals have supervisory responsibilities and plan, monitor and evaluate the work of team members.
